Draft Minutes of the AGM held on 4th April 2008
1. Apologies – none.
2. Minutes - this being the first AGM of the Grayshott Square Group, there were no previous minutes.
3. Chairman?s Report - the Chairman, Mr. Colin Thompson, read the report for 2008 (Appendix 1).
4. Treasurer?s Report – Mr. Thompson asked members to receive the financial accounts in simplified form, namely:
Income £7961.59
Expenditure £2056.98
Balance £5904.61
5. Members were asked to approve the re-appointment of the officers of the executive committee. This was agreed and the following officers were therefore re-appointed:
Chairman – Colin Thompson
Treasurer – Caroline Kaighin
Secretary – Liz Pennick
There being no further business the meeting closed.
