2. Calypso Cay Resort
We have been alerted to a holiday scam operated by Calypso Cay Resorts in Florida. A telephone call claims you have won a free holiday and then asks for your bank details to collect £150 for administration costs for sending the tickets, etc.
Unfortunately, these calls are not filtered by the Telephone Preference Service as they come from America.
Could you please warn residents, clients, neighbours, friends that this is scam and should not be actioned.
Reported on 20/08/08 at 1713 that a cat belonging to a resident of Rockdale Drive, Grayshott was found to have an air rifle pellet lodged in its chest.
