Rogue Traders are cold calling in the Grayshott area of Hampshire offering roof repairs. On one occasion they offered repairs for a small amount of money, which then increased when they convinced the householder that further, potentially unnecessary, work that was required. After being paid a substantial amount in cash they have since failed to return to complete the work.
