Paint a gift at Grayshott Pottery - for your Dad or just for fun!

Adults and children are being offered another chance to get creative by painting their very own plate or mug, in the Grayshott Pottery workshops on Saturday 12th June 2010.

This second painting event will be hosted by Grayshott Pottery's artists and designers and the Pottery are hoping that the day will be as successful as their Mother's Day event in March, which attracted around 35 participants. Sessions last one hour and can be booked from 10am through to 4pm.

The finished pieces are then expected to be fired during the week, ready for collection from Friday 18th June, just in time for Father's Day on Sunday 20th June.

Ed Snell, Managing Director of Grayshott Pottery, said 'We were delighted with the interest and enthusiasm that people have shown towards our last few events that we have run so far. This painting event runs all day and we hope will attract lots of people in the morning before the football starts and even into the afternoon as I am told that there might be some people who don't plan to watch it!'

'Paint a gift' costs £12 per person and advance booking is essential. The organisers ask that all under 16s are accompanied by an adult.

For bookings on June 12th from 10am to 4pm, or for further information please contact Grayshott Pottery, School Road, Grayshott GU26 6LR on 01428 604404
