Grayshott Pottery's gift-shop was the venue for a special evening of Christmas shopping, organised jointly by the Pottery and Grayshott Primary School's PTA to raise funds for the school.

Family and friends of the PTA were treated to drinks and snacks from the Pottery's Café Bistro, as they shopped and afterwards organisers agreed that it had been a very worthwhile evening.

Production Manager, Glenn Myers (pictured below), said, 'Our staff were delighted to help during this great event. We showed some of the children how to 'throw a pot' and our artists were also on hand to show people how the stoneware is decorated. It is nice to meet our neighbours particularly at this time of year and it is always a pleasure to be able to assist in this way!'

Jon Hills, Headmaster of Grayshott Primary School extended his thanks to Grayshott Pottery saying 'Yet again Grayshott Pottery has pulled out all the stops for us and created a wonderful evening of entertainment and nibbles. We plan to put the money raised during the evening towards our telescopic swimming enclosure for the children and are really grateful to our friends at the Pottery.'
