With the economic situation, it could be seen as a time for caution and consolidation, but The SeaRaj in Grayshott has proved to be so successful that Don Kamali is expanding his business with a second restaurant set to open in Downing Street, Farnham within the next month. The new restaurant will mirror the successful formula of Bengali fish cuisine and décor of Grayshott's SeaRaj.

"The SeaRaj in Grayshott is my first restaurant venture. I"ve always thought that the tastes of Bengali fish cuisine would appeal to the discerning English taste buds and Grayshott has proved the point" he comments. " and because of that, I owe all my new friends and customers a debt of thanks for helping the business take off.

"In recognition of this I will give anyone from Grayshott eating in the new Farnham SeaRaj, a free glass of wine or beer with their meal during the first month of opening." He adds.

Virtually every town in the UK has an Indian restaurant, but until today, not one offers simply seafood. The SeaRaj in Grayshott, Hampshire is the first dedicated Indian seafood restaurant in the UK.
