"Our three local counties, Surrey, Hampshire and West Sussex will be the focus for many of the beers, ciders, perrys and wines that will feature at Haslemere's Beer Festival this September" explained Simon Labrow one of the organisers.

"We are looking to cater for all tastes so visitors not keen on real ale may prefer the cider, perry, wine or world beers."

Part of the Haslemere Food Festival, the event will feature live music at each of the three sessions; Friday the 7th September 7pm to 11pm, and Saturday 8th September 12 midday to 4pm and 7pm to 11pm. Hot food will also be available at each of the sessions.

The venue, Haslemere Hall, is ideally situated just a few minutes walk from Haslemere station so visitors can use public transport to get to the event.

Tickets are now on sale from the Haslemere Hall box office at £5 to include a limited edition festival glass. Visit the booking office in Bridge Road between 9am and 1pm Monday to Friday, 10am to 12 midday Saturday or book by phone on 01428 642161. Please be warned tickets often sell out fast at many local beer festivals!

Helpers and sponsors are being sought for the event, call Simon Labrow on 01428 651010 or email simon@labrowonline.co.uk for more information.
