Aspiring artists at Bohunt School showed off a spectrum of stunning creativity this week, at the school's Annual Art Exhibition supported by Grayshott Pottery. At least one piece of art was displayed by each departing GCSE art student in the week long exhibition and the judges and organisers, headed by Lucasta McMullen, had the difficult job of choosing just one piece of work that was both 'striking and original' to win the annual prize from Grayshott Pottery.
The overall winner was Leyla Collis (centre in photo). Her work entitled 'City-Scape Night Time' was of melted wax and acrylic paint on board.
Phil Bates Chairman & Trustee of Grayshott Pottery said, "We are delighted to be sponsors of this Exhibition over the last seven years. Each year the students' work becomes more and more creative and imaginative. It is truly inspiring. Some of the credit for this must go to the teachers, who clearly encourage the students to try out new techniques and appear to get the very best from their students!"
