June 9/10th 2007
Once again 24 keen gardeners are kindly opening their exceptional gardens to the public on the week end 9/10th June. The tickets including programme priced £4 will be available on the day from St Luke's Church Rooms and from 21st May, in advance, from Grayshott Books. As well as the gardens there will be a spectacular floral carpet in the church arranged by Grayshott Flower Club, a photographic exhibition from Ludshott Photographic Club and the church bell ringers will be giving an on going demonstration of their skills. Over the coming week 12 numbered pictures taken from some of the gardens will be published in this news item on www.grayshott.com. One of these pictures is obviously not taken in Grayshott. A free ticket will be issued to the first few eagle eyed viewers who identify the odd ball and email john.wooldridge@tiscali.co.uk All proceeds from the Hidden Gardens event will be given to village amenities. In 2005 over £3000 was raised, come on we can do better than that this time? Look forward to seeing you on the day???.
