NB Monday - Planning & Conservation Committee meetings are normally held at |
| 7.30pm on the first Thursday of each month and are open to the public unless for |
| good reason the committee otherwise direct |
| Agendas will appear on the two Parish Council notice boards at least 3 clear days |
| (excluding bank holidays but including weekends) before the meetings. |
