Recreation & Amenities Committee meetings are held at 7.30pm on the second |
| Thursday of Feb, April, June, Aug, Oct and Dec and are open to the public unless |
| for good reason the committee otherwise direct |
| Agendas will appear on the two Parish Council notice boards at least 3 clear days |
| (excluding bank holidays but including weekends) before the meetings. |
