Policy & Resources meetings will be called when necessary, therefore this date |
| is provisional. Meetings are open to the public unless for good reason the |
| committee otherwise direct |
| Agendas will appear on the two Parish Council notice boards at least 3 clear days |
| (excluding bank holidays but including weekends) before the meetings. |
