| • Climbing Mount Kinabalu, over 13,000 feet - the highest mountain in S. E. Asia. |
| • Cycling 170km through the Crocker Mountain range, over 2 days. |
| • And finally white water rafting down the Pados River. |
| Mike needs to raise at least £3,000 for Barnardos and has personally paid £800. |
