Scout Centenary Sponsored Boundary Walk |
| Description |
This year is the centenary of the Scout Movement and we are celebrating this with |
| two events in Grayshott. This, the second event, will be an opportunity for your |
| organization/club/group to raise money for what ever purpose you like! |
| The Scouts will organize a sponsored Boundary Walk around Grayshott on Sunday |
| 23rd September. The Scouts will mark and marshal the route, provide two start |
| points and record all entrants as they pass check points. |
| They will provide all sponsorship entrance forms, issue completion certificates and |
| where appropriate facilitate the recovery of gift aid. Each walker can raise funds |
| from sponsors for whatever charity or organization they wish having made a |
| to the Scout movement of £5 each. So, a great chance for your group to enjoy the |
| 10 km of wooded heathland walkways round beautiful Grayshott under the |
| watchful eye of rangers and with medical support, |
| refreshment stops and other interactive en route activities. A great day out bringing |
| all the Grayshott societies together and celebrating 100 years of Scouting. |
