Creating a future for Sports and Recreation in Grayshott |
| Grayshott Sports Field Committee would like to invite you to visit the public |
| exhibition being held to update local people about its proposed improvements to |
| sports and recreation in Grayshott. |
| The exhibition will update you on the proposed plans and illustrate how, with |
| sustainable development, Grayshott can obtain the appropriate sports and |
| recreation facilities for the community. |
| We are committed to obtaining local input into our plans and hope that you will |
| attend and let us know your views. The exhibition will also provide an opportunity |
| to speak to members of our team who will be able to answer any questions you |
| VENUE: The exhibition will take place in the Grayshott Social |
| Club, Hill Road, Grayshott. [Refreshments will be available]. |
| Grayshott Sports Field Committee is comprised of an elected independent |
| Chairperson, Secretary and Treasurer, in addition to representatives of the |
| individual clubs (cricket, football, |
| tennis and croquet) and appointed representatives of Grayshott Parish Council |
