| You’ll leave this session feeling refreshed and ready to take on the weekend. |
| Taking time out to regularly relax has been proven to reduce stress and improve |
| your overall health and wellbeing, so why not give it a try and see for yourself? |
| No previous experience of yoga is required as there are no yoga postures |
| included in this session. You simply arrive, get comfortable and relax! |
