Full Council Meetings are held on the second Monday of Jan, Mar, May, Jul, Sep, |
| Nov in the council office at 7.30pm and are open to the public unless for good |
| reason the committee otherwise direct |
| Agendas will appear on the two Parish Council notice boards at least 3 clear days |
| (excluding bank holidays but including weekends) before the meetings. |
