Planning & Conservation Committee meetings are held at 7.30pm on the first |
| Thursday of each month and are open to the public unless for good reason the |
| committee otherwise direct |
| Agendas will appear on the two Parish Council notice boards at least 3 clear days |
| (excluding bank holidays but including weekends) before the meetings. |

| normally available online at least three days before the meeting is held - and the |
| minutes of the previous meeting |
