The BIG New Home Voucher Scheme
Through this scheme BIG members have the opportunity to offer a voucher to all new residents moving into the local area.

Q. What is the Scheme?

. The scheme is designed to introduce you and your business to those people moving into the area.

Q. Who will be giving out the Vouchers?
A. Keats in Grayshott are co-ordinating the scheme for BIG, at the end of each month, an updated list of those participating in the scheme will be sent to other Agents in the village for dispersal to their new homeowners

Q Who are the Vouchers open to?
A Those people moving into the area from outside the catchment area

Q What is the catchment area.
A Grayshott, Hindhead, Beacon Hill, Churt, Headley and Headley Down – Those village areas which traditionally shop in Grayshott

Q Are Keats making any material gain from the project
A No

Q What can I, as a trader /service supplier offer?
A. Anything tangible, readily available, that will encourage new residents to the area to shop in Grayshott and to use businesses associated with BIG

Q Why will it be good for my business
A
You will get a face-to-face opportunity to smile, greet and make a great first impression when you fulfil your Voucher. Those two minutes to impress.......

Q Can I offer a discount on purchasing my goods or services? Such as "10% off your next purchase"
A
Yes, but history shows that these are rarely taken up and you may never get the opportunity to meet your target audience. A
small tangible gift collected by the recipient is by far the best avenue of introduction

Q How long will the Voucher last?
A
. Six months from the Moving date. The date will be printed with the person's name on the Voucher

Q How do I know they won't try and ask for the goods a 2nd time?
A
You will mark the voucher in their booklet as USED

Q What happens when I want to stop being in the scheme?
A
Your Voucher will be offered until you either send a letter or and email to Keats to cancel your participation

Q How do I become a member of the scheme?

Q How many people can I expect each year to take up the voucher?
A
This is difficult to estimate, as Agents are not forth coming on numbers, we expect not less than 100

Q I want to add, change or alter my voucher?
A
Email. Andrew.Meehan@keats.biz . The voucher list is changed only once a month on or around the last day of the month

Q I have forgotten what I promised in my voucher?
A
Look at the list of active vouchers below - this is updated around the beginning of every month

Q How do I know that the voucher is genuine?
A
New homeowners will have their name, address and moving date on the top of the voucher list. The list will be stapled NOT loose to a brochure of the house they have purchased OR to a bespoke piece of literature from the Agent they purchased from. If still in doubt call the Agent whose number will be on the supporting documentation.
