| Party In Grayshott (PIG) 2003 has been in the planning stage since December last year and in a few weeks, all being well, it should offer Grayshott another day to remember.
An event of this scale not only requires careful planning but also a considerable amount of effort to ensure it runs smoothly on the day. This message is to ask for volunteers to help with the myriad of tasks that have to happen to make the day a success - Site Preparation, Crowd and traffic Marshalling, Raffle Ticket sales, Clean-up teams, Bucket Collections, etc. If you can spare a couple of hours (or more) on either Friday 20, Saturday 21 or early Sunday 22 June to help with the Party In Grayshott please contact me either by email (david.j.phillips@ncr.com) or phone (home number is 01428 606036 or mobile 07764 620 257).
